Anonymous Reporting Line
This is not a 911 or Emergency Service. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please call 911.

Questions or concerns about COVID-19

ATTENTION! This web page is hosted on EthicsPoint's secure servers and is not part of The Ohio State University's web site or intranet.

The anonymous reporting line does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods on campus. The anonymous reporting line provides an alternative for individuals who do not feel comfortable with existing reporting methods.

An incident report does not, on its own, initiate an investigation. An investigation will only begin after a signed complaint is submitted to the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), either by the complainant or by an OIE director. A Civil Rights Intake Coordinator will reach out with resources and options, by phone, email, or both. If a report is filed anonymously, a Civil Rights Intake Coordinator will reach out using the Follow-ups feature in EthicsPoint.

OIE strives to uphold your privacy. It is important to note that to comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Ohio State policies, some information may be required to be shared with appropriate staff members, law enforcement, or other agencies.
